This agreement is a legal contract between you and Gouji VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate app text, extract source code, or create derivative versions without authorization. The App and related marks are owned by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those functions are used, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy rules of the relevant providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on available Wi-Fi or mobile data. Issues caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, system problems, local network quality, carrier policy, or roaming charges are the user's responsibility. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. When roaming abroad, confirm that you have authorization from the bill payer and understand the applicable rates.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. We try to provide accurate and stable routing information, but some information may depend on third-party networks or infrastructure, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed in every region at every time. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service within a reasonable scope. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds may be refused and service may be restricted if an account, license, subscription benefit, or digital access is shared, resold, stolen, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy within the scope allowed by law. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
